Use the Activation Sheet that comes with your SDAQ-204 when you want to deploy it.

Step 1: The SDAQ-204 must be connected to an external network. Using a smartphone, scan the QR Code on the Activation Sheet and follow the instructions.

Step 4: Check whether the product information is consistent with the actual hardware configuration, and click Submit after confirming that it is correct.

Step 5: When the activation is successful, the ACE software will display Activating Device messages.

Step 6: After completion, switch back to the Manage Pump page, to configure the device software and deployment.

# 3 Configuration

This section describes device configuration.

Step 1: Select Manage Pump from the sidebar menu, and then click the Drypump Config field.

# 4 Displaying Device Information

There are multiple ways to display a device’s information.

# 4.1 Live View

Step 1: Select Manage Pump from the sidebar menu, then click Device ID to view the device’s Live View that displays real-time informationin. This view refreshes every three seconds and displays the health index information of each measuring point.

There are two charts, Feature (feature index) and Health (health index). There are different indicators depending on the device type.

Health (health indicator) information displayed is according to the ISO10816 standard agreement, Alarm & Danger Line. The value is fixed at Alarm=2.8/Danger=4.5. Up to 21,700 records can be written on the screen, with older data deleted if the number is exceeded.
