The ADLINK ECAT-TB32-M-DIN ECAT IO Terminal Board is a 32-channel I/O terminal base with DIN socket for ECAT IO M type modules.

This chapter describes how to install and connect to an ECAT IO Terminal Board module, its hardware settings, and related signals.

Ensure that the following items are included in the package. If any items are missing, contact your sales representative for assistance.

Both jumpers must be capped for this setting to be enabled.

# 5.2.2 Power Settings (JP2, JP3): Common Power/GND

Both jumpers must be capped for this setting to be enabled.

NOTE:

Unlike the HSL terminal board, the ECAT-TB32-M-DIN includes reverse-voltage protection; therefore, E\_24V is not connected to IO\_24V, and similarly, E\_GND is not connected to IO\_GND.
